For Attorneys: You must ensure compliance with your state bar's Rules of Professional Conduct, including rules governing attorney advertising, client solicitation, and required disclosures. Partnearn LLC does not provide legal advice regarding bar compliance.

We provide templates and guidance, but you are ultimately responsible for compliance with all applicable professional regulations.

12. Updates and Modifications

13. Third-Party Dependencies & AI Tools

• These AI platforms are independent third-party services NOT owned or controlled by Partnearn LLC
• You are responsible for complying with each AI platform's Terms of Service and pricing
• AI platforms may change their features, pricing, or terms at any time
• If an AI platform discontinues service, we will provide alternative solutions but cannot guarantee identical functionality
• You may need separate subscriptions to AI platforms (which are not included in the course price)
• We are not responsible for any costs, changes, or issues with third-party AI platforms

Course Updates: If AI tools used in the course become unavailable, we will update training materials to reflect current best alternatives at no additional cost to you.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Sharing course materials without permission
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
• Chargeback abuse or payment fraud

Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately. Lifetime access is contingent on compliance with these Terms.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution First: Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@twincast.pro and attempt to resolve the issue informally. We resolve 95% of disputes this way.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties (30-day period)
2. Mediation if negotiation fails (optional)
3. Binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with venue in Wyoming or via online arbitration proceedings at the Company's discretion

Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Small Claims Court: Either party may pursue a claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim qualifies.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Partnearn LLC regarding our products and services and supersede all prior agreements.
